Made in the traditional way (with "psima"), Asfendiano is our most popular wine, but at the same time the most demanding. For the production of each bottle, about 3 kilos of grapes are needed (of which 1 Mavrotyliko and a Merlot), since part of the must will have to be boiled slowly for a whole day. It is a laborious process, especially when done in the summer, along with the harvest.

But our effort is worth it, since those who try it, fall in love with it!
